Refueling method and precautions of worm gear reducer

Users who have used the worm gear reducer may know that the reason why it can work smoothly is the consumption of oil. When it is used, we need to fill it with oil, so how can it be better completed? What about this job?

If the oil quantity is judged under the working condition of the worm gear reducer, the distance from the actual oil quantity is relatively large. The reason why lubricating oil should not be added when the worm gear reducer is working is because during the working process of the worm gear reducer, the internal gears or the worm gear rotates to drive the internal lubricating oil to work together. If you judge the oil amount of the worm gear reducer, it may be full, or it may be lower than 2/3 of the oil window, or even there may be no lubricating oil.

When the worm gear reducer is used for the first time or is not used for a long time, it should be tested for 200 to 400 hours. During the trial work period, abnormal phenomena may be found. If there is, take measures to deal with it in time. If there is no abnormality, the lubricating oil should be replaced after the trial work time (initial replacement).

Be sure to pay attention, in the subsequent application process, the specific operations are as follows:

1. Disconnect the motor connection with the motor or disconnect the main power supply, and then wait until it cools down to a residual temperature (the reducer should still be kept warm when the oil is changed);

2. The article on the worm gear reducer comes from: put a suitable oil-receiving plate at the bottom of the oil drain hole;

3. Loosen and remove the oil injection hole plug, breather and oil drain plug;

4. The article of the worm gear reducer comes from: all the remaining lubricating oil is discharged, and impurities such as metal particles in the chassis are removed;

5. After removing, install the oil drain plug as it is (to be tightened);

6. Write lubricating oil of the same trademark from the oil filling hole, pay attention to increase the amount, increase according to the oil mark, not more but not less;

7. After adding oil, tighten the screw plug of the oil filling hole and the breather.
