How to install the shaft-mounted reducer?

        1. The connection between the reducer and the working machine:

         The reducer is directly sleeved on the main shaft of the working machine. When the reducer is working, the reaction torque acting on the reducer body is balanced by the anti-torque bracket installed on the reducer body or by other methods. The reducer is directly matched, and the other end is connected with the fixing bracket.

2. Installation of the anti-torque bracket

         1) The anti-moment bracket should be installed on the side of the reducer facing the working machine to reduce the bending moment attached to the working machine shaft.

         2) The shaft sleeve at the connection end of the anti-torque bracket and the fixed support uses an elastic body such as rubber to prevent deflection and absorb the torque fluctuation that occurs.

         3) The installation relationship between the reducer and the working machine:

         In order to avoid the deflection of the main shaft of the working machine and the additional force on the bearing of the reducer, the distance between the reducer and the working machine should be as small as possible without affecting the normal operation, and its value is 5-10mm.
