Main materials

1. Shell: aluminum alloy (frame: 28- -58)

2. Gear 20CrMnTi, carburized and quenched, tooth surface hardness is 56-62HRC, after fine grinding, keep the carburized layer

thickness 0.3-0.5mm.

Surface painting

Aluminum shell:

1. Shot blasting treatment first, and then special anti-corrosion treatment, to maintain the silver-white metallic feeling, and resist the

corrosion of gasoline, xylene and other organic solvents;

2. After phosphating treatment, spray PAL 5010 blue or silver gray paint.
